Lagree Conference Raffle & Free Trial Terms

The raffle is intended for representatives of fitness studios and fitness businesses. No purchase is necessary to enter. Limit one raffle entry per person. The Grand Prize is available to new FitGrid clients only.

One eligible winner will receive one year of the Lagree Preferred Package, including FitGrid Instructor Pro App, Surveys, and Business Health Dashboard.

The prize applies to one studio location, is non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash.

One runner-up will receive one year of the FitGrid Data Suite, including Instructor Reports and Data Diagnostics / DD2, for one studio location.

Every eligible entrant may begin a FitGrid free trial.

By submitting the entry form, you authorize FitGrid to create the account needed to begin that trial and, where applicable, initiate the integration or authorization process with the booking platform you select.

Additional authorization may be required from you or your booking-platform provider.

Entrants are eligible for Lagree conference promotional pricing through September 30, 2026:

• 10% off quarterly billing
• 20% off semi-annual billing
• 30% off annual billing

Promotional pricing cannot be combined with other offers unless FitGrid agrees otherwise.

The winner and runner-up will be selected after the conference and by the end of September 2026 from eligible entries received.

Winners will be contacted using the information provided when entering.

If a selected winner is ineligible, cannot be contacted, or declines the prize, FitGrid may select another eligible entrant.

Starting a FitGrid trial may require access to or authorization through your studio’s booking platform, including Mindbody, Mariana Tek, WellnessLiving, or ClubReady.

By requesting the trial, you authorize FitGrid to submit the information necessary to initiate that connection.

You remain responsible for completing any additional authorization requested by your booking provider.

FitGrid may modify, suspend, or cancel the raffle if circumstances outside its reasonable control prevent it from being conducted as intended.

FitGrid may disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise inconsistent with these terms.

Participation does not guarantee eligibility for any specific FitGrid product, integration, or service.
